Yes, but the product is designed for indoor use. That means it should only be used in dry conditions and not in humid or dusty conditions. The operating temperature for full performance should be between 0°C and 35°C.
If the B2 is to be used in subzero environments it is recommended that the batteries are kept warm before use.
