We don´t sell B10 flash tubes directly to consumers due to the risk of electric chock if the unit isn´t discharged properly before flash tube exchange. The Profoto B10 series attracts a wide customer base with very varying technical knowledge and to avoid any potential incidents we want to ensure that everyone that replaces the flash tube has passed our service and electrical safety training.
