I loaned a Profoto flash (from a rental, dealer, friend or other) and used it together with the Profoto app. In My Profoto, the flash now appears to be registered as mine, which it is not. How come, and how can I remove it?

We are aware of this situation (written ion 2021-03), and plan to release a fix in a coming release of the Profoto app. In the meantime, if you want to remove the product registration, you can do so when signed in to My Profoto.
