To get rid of the QR code when you start your device, you need to connect the device to the Profoto apps and click on “register device”. Once this is done, the QR code will not appear again.
If you have already registered your device to your My Profoto account on the profoto.com website, but the QR code still appears, you need to connect your device to the Profoto apps. If the QR code still appears, click register. The product will not be registered twice.
If you get a failed message when you try to register in the app:
1. Make sure the app is updated with the latest version.
2. Log out and then log in again from the app.
