Workflow to make sure devices are working correctly

Please make sure your product(s) are updated with the latest firmware (Profoto gear and camera). To update firmware, register your product under MyProfoto and download the firmware. To help troubleshoot, please check if the [Profoto light] and Air Remote are on the same Channel and Group, make sure Air is turned on the [Profoto light]. If you hit the test button on the [Profoto light], does the light flash? If you hit the test button on the Air Remote, does the light flash?


If you are using a mirrorless camera, please turn off silent mode. Silent mode may deactivate the hot shoe.

If you have another camera, try to test with that camera.
