Even if you assume that your unit is working fine, at first glance, ie it looks like the device only got a scratch mark or that the glass plate or flash tube needs to be exchanged due to the impact of the fall, there could be some damaged components or glass shards inside the unit (depending on which Profoto device you have) that needs to be checked by a certified Profoto service technician. Therefor we strongly recommend to always contact your dealer or service center for help.
