This article details minor improvements to 5.1 (5.1.1 - 5.1.5), features including improvements to JPEG export, Auto Alpha reliability, and overall system performance.
- JPEG export improvements: Fixed an issue where Auto Alpha transparency appeared black when exporting to JPG.
- Improved overall memory management.
- Auto Alpha and Auto Crop reliability:
- Fixed an issue where exposure could change between consecutive Auto Alpha captures when using View mode.
- Improved Auto Crop reliability on Horizontal and Vertical machines, reducing cases where Auto Alpha could fail.
- Performance and preview improvements: Fixed image preview size for Elevate and Eclipse, improving thumbnail load times.
- System behaviour and UI fixes: Fixed an issue where motor values did not update in the motor panel after movement.
- Light preset values are now correctly fetched and refreshed when selecting a Video Preset.
- Exposure handling improvements: Fixed an issue where Free mode exposure was not stored independently for Photo and Video.
- Diagnostics and internal improvements: Added new telemetry to support performance diagnostics by development and support teams.
