Introduction
Style Guides are essential to guide the Photographer and/or Stylist on what is required for this specific Product. It also creates Asset containers that can be seen under the Work Order Asset view. These views are crucial to match uploaded images to the right view on the Product.
Prerequisites
The Style Guide should include the right fields to guide staff on what to capture, helping both with shooting the content and matching assets to views when uploaded to ProStudio.
Adding Style Guides
Style Guides are mapped to all the Products in the Work Order. This will indicate how many different images/assets are required. The purpose is to clarify production requirements and to be able to follow-up that all views have gotten Assets.
Style Guides are mapped to Products through the following steps:
- Go to the right Work Order
- Select the Work Order/Products tab
- Select the Products to have the same views
- Select all
- Select one or two
- Filter and select filtered items
- Click the Action button and select Edit Style Guides
- Chose one of the following options Add, Replace or Remove
- Add - will add Style Guides
- Replace - will replace existing Style Guides
- Remove - will remove selected Style Guides
- Select the views you want to Add, Replace or Remove
- Click "Save" to complete the selection
NOTE: By holding down the Shift button, you may select multiple views in a row. By holding down the Cmd button you may select specific views.
Mapped Views
Once added, the selected views will be visible under the column "Mapped View" in the Work Order Products listing.

Under the Work Order Assets listing, these views are shown as place holders or containers that indicates what the file names will be after the Assets have been uploaded.
