Introduction

For many professional studios it may be important to show staff, partners and clients that this is their studio workflow. For that reason we have decided to make it possible to brand to workflow app. This means to change the Logo and Favicon to use in the app and the login page.

Pre-requisite

In order for you to custom brand the app, you need to have the Branding module activated and available in your subscriptions. Please contact your local Admin or your Profoto support team to see how this can be achieved for you.

To change the branding you also need to have the right permissions, plese ask your local Admin or you Profoto support team for advice.

Change Branding

In ProStudio it is possible to change the Logo on the Login page and in the App itself. It is also possble to change the Favicon icon in the browser tab. To do this you follow these steps:

1. Login to ProStudio
2. Select Settings in the mani menu
   1. Requires permission to access
3. Select Branding in the dropdown menu under Settings
   1. This also requires the right permission to access
4. This opens up a page to update branding

Branding alternatives

There are four different different options available:

1. Organisation name
2. Customize the Login page Logo
3. Customize the Navigation bar
4. Customize the icon on the browser's tabs

Organisation name

This allows you to change the name of the sight, this name appears in the browser navigation tab, in the top right corner of the navigation bar, and in the invitation mails going out to new users as well as in Sharing invitations. This can be very useful if you are working with clients or partners outside your own organisation.

Customize the Login page Logo

This means that you change the logo on the login page to your ProStudio app. You select to upload the logo of your choice and it will appear on the login page. 

NOTE: that the login page is white

Customize the Navigation bar

This means that you change the Logo in the navigation bar within the App itself, it is the Logo in the top left corner of the App.

NOTE: The navigation bar is very dark gray, almost black.

Customize the icon on the browser's tabs

In most browsers there is a small icon in the left corner of the Browser tab or to the left of the URL, all depending on the type of browser.
