Introduction
To align with professional studios' needs, it’s crucial to highlight their distinct workflow to staff, partners, and clients. With this in mind, we’ve made it easy for studios to customise their workflow platform. Now, studios can personalise the platform’s logo and browser icon, ensuring that both the interface and login page are seamlessly aligned with their brand identity.
Prerequisite
To customise the platforms branding, the Branding module must be activated and included in your subscription.
Additionally, changing the branding requires specific permissions.
Please reach out to your local admin or Profoto support team for guidance and assistance in enabling this feature.
Change Branding
In ProStudio, you can customise the logo on the login page and in the platform itself, and even change the icon that appears in the browser tab. To do so, follow these steps:
Log in to ProStudio
Go to Settings from the main menu (you will need the appropriate permissions to access the settings)
In the Settings menu, select Branding from the dropdown list (this section also requires the correct permissions to access)
This will open the Branding page, where you can update the logo and favicon
Branding alternatives
There are four different different branding possibilities available:
1. Organisation Name
2. Login Page Logo
3. Navigation Bar
4. Browser Tab Icon
Organisation Name
This feature allows you to customise the site name, which will then appear in key locations such as the browser's navigation tab, the top right corner of the navigation bar, and in invitation emails sent to new users, as well as in sharing invitations. This can be particularly useful when collaborating with clients or partners outside of your organisation.
Login Page Logo
This feature allows you to customise the logo on the login page by uploading your preferred image. Once uploaded, it will be displayed on the login page, giving your ProStudio platform a personalised touch.
Note: The login page has a white background.
Navigation Bar
This allows you to customise the logo in the platforms navigation bar, specifically the logo in the top-left corner of the platform.
Note: The navigation bar is a very dark grey, almost black in colour
Browser Tab Icon
In most browsers, you'll see a small icon in the left corner of the browser tab or next to the URL, depending on the browser type.
