What emails will I receive when I place an order?
Order confirmation
As soon as you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you an order confirmation by email.
Delivery note with tracking link
Once our warehouse has processed your order, you’ll receive a delivery note by email with a tracking link so you can follow your shipment.
Receipt
Your receipt is sent as a PDF in a separate email, at the same time as the delivery note.
Please note that it’s sent once your order has been processed, not right after you place it.
