ProStudio Overview - How ProStudio is Organised

Introduction

ProStudio is a comprehensive workflow solution designed to streamline and manage your product photography sessions, helping you efficiently organise and optimise every step of the content creation process.



Upon logging in, the Dashboard provides key insights into your current activities, including active Work Orders, the status of products within each order, and a summary of work orders completed in the past two weeks.


In the "My Open Work Orders" section, you'll find a personalised list of all your active work orders, which will vary depending on your user role and permissions.


Navigation

Navigation is available through the top-bar menu, where you'll find links to various pages. The final menu item (Settings) is a dropdown, granting you access to configuration settings and additional options.


Note: The availability of functions depends on your subscription level, so the navigation options may vary accordingly.


Support pages

In the top-right corner, you'll see your site name along with two icons for quick access to additional features.

  • The "?" icon provides quick access to the support pages, where you can find all the resources and guidance you need to navigate and use the platform effectively.
  • The icon with your initials represents your profile. Clicking on it gives you access to the following options:
    • View and edit your profile
    • Update your password
    • Sign out of the platform


In the lower-right corner, you'll find a speech bubble icon that allows you to easily reach out to the Profoto Support team for assistance. 


Actions and viewing selection

On most pages, tables offer options to perform "Actions" and customise your viewing preferences:

  • Actions can be applied to either individual items or bulk selections, and the available actions may vary depending on the page.
  • Column filters allow you to display only the columns that are most relevant to you. These preferences are saved in your user profile for a personalised experience.


Search and filters

Given the large volume of data we handle, it's crucial to quickly access the right information:

  • Search can be performed on any field visible in the view. For example, all product attributes in the listing are searchable.
  • Filtersare based on the attributes you’ve defined. From these filters, you can refine your search using options like:
    • And/Or logic for combining criteria
    • Include/Exclude to narrow down or expand your results
