Introduction

Sample management is is not just knowing whrere the samples are, but also knowing that you have the right sample in the studio. Adapting to a "Product First" approach will lead to a more efficient studio workflow.

By first identifying the products the studio need to capture, we start by identifying the product ID and the relevant product data. Following that we identify the sample that matches the product ID. Once completed we can distribute the samples to the location of choise.

In ProStudio we work with two different methods:

1. Check-in/out by using a barcode scanner
2. Using the search features

The prerequisite is having all the relevant product information in place in ProStudio.
