Introduction

Sometimes it is essential to define in what order to shoot products, it may be that they are organised to minimise the number of changes a model does or that they are organised by certain features. For this reason we have introduced the ability to set the order of the items in the Work Order listing.

Order and re-order

By default the list is created in the order that product are added to the Work Order and this will be the default sort order of the list. In a way, this helps you determine the order when you add the products to the list. However, if you make a misstake or late changes it may be cumbersome to change.

To reorder the list you follow these steps:

1. Select the Work Order you wish to re-order
2. Click on the "Reorder" button next to the filter button
3. All the fields for the order of products is now editable
   1. NOTE: If it is the first time you decide to reorder, the fields are empty
4. Select the order you want by adding/editing the number:1,2,3, etc.
5. Once you are satisfied, click "Save reordering"
6. Now the products will be reorganised and this is now the new "Default" sorting

Of course you have the possibility to sort this list based on any of the values/columns in this list. When you do this you will see how you sorted the list via the blue tag above the list ((Applied sorting). Once you remove this sorting tag, the list willgo back to the default sorting that you determined previously
