This support article will help you understand how to Model infor to the Work Order when using ProStudio for workflow. This article includes a step-by-step guide with activities necessary to perform.


Introduction

Information about the models to use in a photo shoot can be very helpful and may contain a lot of vital information such as usage rights, model details, what to use the model for etc.


Pre-requisites

You have to have the Model module activated in order to add model. If you miss this module, please contact us for terms to activate it. Before you can add the model you have to make sure that the model is denied in ProStudio, this is done under the Settings menu "Models". You also have to make sure to have all the fields defined on the model according to your standards. Related articles are:

Add Model to Work Order

There are to ways to add models to a Work Order and it depends on how you work with models, you can either add model information per product or you can add model to the work order as a whole. Part of this depends on how you have set up your Work Order and what routines you have defined.


Adding Model on Work Order level

Adding model information on Work Order level means that the information is valid for all the products aded to the work order. Pease follow the following steps:

  1. Select the Work Order where you want to add Model information 
  2. Click on the Work Order Settings tab
  3. Click on the Model button
    1. Note: the model button is added by configuration and may not be available on your settings
  4. Select the model you want to add
  5. Click Save



Adding Model info to specific product(s)

To add model information on individual products you have to select the products requiring this information. Please follow the following steps:

  1. Select the Work Order where you want to add Model information
  2. Click on the Work Order Products tab
  3. Select the product(s) where you want to add model information
  4. Click on Action/Edit Models
  5. Select if you want to add, replace or remove model info
  6. Select the model from the list or search
  7. Click Save when finished
  8. Model information is now added on the product


Once added the model information will be visible under the Model column in the Work Order products listing
