Models - Manage information about your models

ProStudio for workflow supports the use of model information in the photo process. This is very helpful of you want to know what model was used in a specific model shoots, add user rights, or model info such as model length. This is information that can be very helpful to provide to your e-commerce site and will help customer make better purchase decisions. It is also helpful to set the time an image may be used.


You have to have the module "Models" activated, please contact us if you want us to set you up with the "Models" module. Also, you have to have all the necessary fields defined. You may define a number of different field types like Text fields, date, lists etc. For more information about field types, see "Setting up Model attributes"

Adding model information

Model information is located under the "Settings" menu where you aimply select “Models” in the submenu and this will display all the models that have been defined. Click "Action/Add model" to set up a new model. This will open a a panel to the right where you can fil in information.

The information on model can vary depending on the fields you have configured. Examples of fields can be:

  • Nick name
  • Image
  • Detail description
  • Usage rights
  • Model length

You simply add the relevant information and possibly an image so it is easy to recognise models.

We may easily add more information depending on requirements from customers

Editing and Deleting model

Editing and deleting models from the system is as easy as adding them. Simply select the madel menu again and select the model you want to edit or delete. Change the data or smply delete the model.

Note: Deleting Models that are used on a product or Work Order is not possible
