Introduction
ProStudio supports the use of model information throughout the photo process, enhancing your workflow. This feature is useful for tracking which model was used in specific shoots, managing user rights, and recording specific model details like height. Such information can be valuable for your e-commerce site, helping end-customers make more informed purchase decisions. Additionally, it allows you to set and manage usage rights, including time stamps for model usage.
Prerequisite
To use the Models module, it must first be activated. If it’s not already set up, please contact your local ProStudio admin or the Profoto support team for assistance in activating the "Models" module.
You must define all the necessary attributes for the Models module. These attributes can include various types, such as text fields, dates, lists, and more. For detailed information on attribute types, please refer to the "System Configuration" section under "Model Attributes."
Adding model information
Model information can be accessed from the "Settings" menu by selecting "Models" in the submenu. This will display a list of all defined models. To add a new model, click "Action/Add Model." This will open a panel where you can enter the relevant information.
The available model fields may vary depending on your configuration. Examples of fields include:
- Nickname
- Image
- Detailed description
- Usage rights
- Model height
Simply enter the necessary details and upload an image if applicable, making it easier to recognise and identify the models.
Editing and Deleting model
From the "Model" menu, select the model you wish to edit. Make the necessary changes to the data, then click "Save" to update the information.
Note: Deleting Models that are used on a product or Work Order is not possible
