Introduction

ProStudio is a workflow solution that allows you to organise and manage your photo content creation session focusing on product photography. 

On this first page, after you log in, you see insights into ongoing activities, like ongoing Work Orders, Products per work order status and work orders completed in the last 2 weeks.

Under the section "My open Work Orders" you will see all your work orders, this will differ between users.

Navigation

Navigation can be accessed from the top-bar menu. Here you find links to the different pages. The last menu is a dropdown that gives you access to the configuration functions.

Functions availability depends on your subscription, meaning that the navigation may vary.

Support pages

In the top right corner you see your site name and two symbols.

1. The small graduation hat icon provides a link to the support pages. Here you will find the necessary support to operate the platform. 
2. The symbol with your initials refers to your unique profile. By clicking on it you have functions to:
   • See your profile
   • Update password
   • Sign out from the platform

In the lower right corner you will find a speech bubble which you can use to send direct to the Profoto support team.

Actions and viewing selection

In most of the pages tables allow you the options to perform "Actions" and allow you to change your viewing preferences.

• Actions can be on a single selection or on a bulk selection and vary between pages.
• Columns can be filtered by the user to only show relevant columns. This is personal setting store on the user profile.

Search and filters

As we work with a large volume of data is is important to have easy access to right information.

• Searches can be done on any of the fields available on the view, e.g. all the attributes in the product listing are searchable
• Filter is determined on how many attributes you have defined as filters. From the available filters you have the option to search with

  • Include/Exclude
