ProStudio Overview - How is ProStudio organised

ProStudio is a workflow solution that allows you to organise and manage your photo session  with focus on product photography. This article describes how the product is organised and key this to understand when woirking with the product.

On this first page that you see when logging in is some current insights into ongoing activities, like ongoing Work Orders, Products per work order status and work orders completed in the last 2 weeks.

Under the "My open Work Orders" you will see all the work orders that you are involved in, this means that this will change between different users.


Navigation is done via the topbar menu, here you will find links to the different pages. The las menu is a dropdown that gives you access to the configuration functions.

Depending on your purchased configuration, this many may vary, e.g. if you haven't purchased "Insights", this module will not be visible.

Support pages

In the top right corner you see three se the name of your subdomain and two symbols.

  1. The small hat is the link to the support pages, here you will find all the necessary instructions to operate the platform. 
  2. The last symbol is your profile, this makes it possible to:
    • See your profile
    • Update password
    • Sign out from the platform

In the lower right corner you will find a speech bubble, this is used to quickly send an e-mail to Profoto support.

Actions and selections to view

In most of the pages where you have a lot of tables you have the options to perform "Actions" or change how you view this table.

  • Actions can be done on a single selection or in bulk and the actions will vay from page to page
  • Columns is a way to filter how many and what columns you want to see. It should be noted that thsi is an individual setting per user

Search and filters

As we work with a large volume of data is is importen to easily find the right information.

  • Search can be don on any of the fields available on the view, e.g. all the fields in the product listing is searcheable
  • Filter is determined on how many fields you have defined as filters. On the available filters you have the option to search with
    • And/Or
    • Include/Exclude
